Zillow sets its application fee, included reports, reuse period, and participating-property rules; review its current terms. If you already paid, use the same Zillow account to share that application with the selected property during the valid period. Check Zillow’s current terms before paying.

Include the rental property address, your application name and email, and the submission date. Sending an inquiry in Zillow is different from submitting an application.

Zillow’s form does not collect every detail PCRE needs. Bruce will identify the remaining questions and applicable signed paperwork. Request current rental paperwork. The PCRE full application is available here and collects no fee; it does not order a credit report automatically.

Sign verification authorization

Each adult applicant provides their own information. A proposed cosigner uses the separate cosigner route.

Use the application information you already supplied

For PCRE’s Magalia rental homes, Bruce can import available provider application documents into your free pre-screening, full PCRE application, or both. You then use the same application email to open your private workspace, check the imported answers and finish the remaining questions. You do not need to retype information the website has correctly recognized.

Zillow’s desktop download may include the application, credit report and background report in one PDF. Mobile downloads may provide different pages or separate files. Keep the available originals and supply separate supporting documents when requested. A combined report does not automatically include pay stubs, bank statements or other income attachments.

Confirm the selected property, your application name, email and submission date with Bruce.
Review the recognized information in your private workspace. Correct errors and complete any missing adult contacts, identification method, income evidence and required questions.
Submit and sign your own required PCRE forms. A manager’s import saves unfinished drafts and does not sign for you.

Common questions about an existing application

Do I need to buy another report?

A new report purchase is not needed merely to submit the free PCRE application. Ask Bruce whether the existing report is acceptable before paying again. Dates and provider expiration labels need review; they do not automatically require a new purchase.

Does Zillow’s identity badge verify my income?

No. A provider identity badge and a stated income amount are different information. Income stays self-reported until supporting information is reviewed. The badge also does not supply an identification document for PCRE.

Can I enter another adult’s income as my own?

Report your own income. Information expressly attributed to another adult is kept separately; each adult supplies their own application information and any applicable income evidence. Total occupants does not tell us how many separate adult applications are needed.

Does importing a report mean my application is approved?

No. Importing prepares unfinished forms and preserves available documents. It does not decide the application, reserve the home or replace required signatures and disclosures. Report findings remain separate from your own answers.
