Upload documents / sign authorization
The private lease-packet request opens an email draft. Review it and send it from your email app; the website does not submit a request automatically. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank details, medical information or private resume links.
Verification authorization
Sign the standalone authorization in My application, including when you applied through Zillow or RentSpree. The full PCRE application also includes this step. Review permission to verify the information you supplied in your PCRE, RentSpree, and Zillow applications for the same rental, then sign before submitting. You do not need to list the sources again. You may also arrange another verification or signing method.
This does not authorize consumer credit or background reports. Read the separate screening information.
Sign standalone authorizationRental agreement & disclosures
The full rental agreement is provided privately after pre-screening is complete, you have toured the home, and you tell Bruce you want to proceed. Bruce confirms these steps and any remaining application requirements before preparing a private online agreement and applicable disclosures. Each named adult receives the private signing-page link and signs in with their invited email to complete their details, review the PDF, and sign separately. Review the full packet before signing or making any commitment. You may save your details and return to the same link. After all adults and the owner’s representative sign, each adult can download the completed signature record and agreement. Contact Bruce if you need an accommodation to this process.

Before you sign
Review the completed, current documents for your property, including rent, deposit, utilities, property rules and applicable disclosures. Ask Bruce about any blank, outdated or unclear provision before signing. Keep a copy of everything you sign.
A request on this page does not authorize verification, order a consumer report, reserve a home, create a tenancy or waive any rights. Signing and delivery of the final documents are arranged separately.
